Google Duo, a new video chat app that which is released today. After my 1st trial today I can say that the app is fast, easy to use, and devoid of complicated bells and whistles. Just tap on the face of the person you want to call and enjoy face to face talk in a seamless way. Google has achieved its goal of creating a video chat app that is suited for all phones.
The Google Duo app is available for both Android phones and iPhones. Once you install the app and signup the app access your phone number from your SIM and then sends you a confirmation text. The app is directly tied to your contacts list and your phone number.
Sad part is that the Duo is presently accessed only on phone. The app presently lacks conference calls function.
There is one feature in Duo that feels genuinely new: it’s called “Knock Knock.”
