Following the news on Battery flaw on the recently launched Galaxy Note 7 SmartPhone , the company has agreed to allow its US buyer to replace their phone.

Customer can approach the Samsung centre as early as next week to replace their device with a new Samsung Galaxy note 7 or they can exchange it for Galaxy S7 or Galaxy S7 Edge phone and the balance difference in price will refunded to them.
In addition to replacement of Samsung Galaxy note 7, affected customers will be receiving either a $25 gift card or a bill credit from select carriers after exchanging the Samsung Galaxy note 7 for a new one.
“Samsung is taking a proactive initiative maintain it brand name and win the loyalty of its customer,” Tim Baxter, president of Samsung Electronics America said in a statement. “The safety and satisfaction of our customers is Samsung’s top priority.”
This happen after company had already sold Samsung Galaxy note 7 2.5 million devices worldwide as of Friday. Further to which company received 35 separate reports of battery issues. People have been posting images on social media of charred Galaxy Note 7 phones, claiming that they overheated or exploded.
